Yes, we have got a new rank (kinda). The "Soldier" Rank is the old VIP rank renamed with the same price on the shop. From here on, the way to obtain VIP will be applying in the forums. All players with the old VIP rank now have the Soldier.

Soldier still applies to the 25% off sale.
